geometrical shapes which emphasise the warmth and varied colours of the
different woods. |

The other more elaborate range is made from roots and burrs. The meandering grain is delicately carved. |

| The small knots which are so well spread throughout, the colourful veins, the contrast between heartwood and sapwood, and the staining are all sources of inspiration |
